Beech Lodge - truly wonderful accommodation with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Relax on the decking and spend time looking out for visiting wildlife. If lucky, you will catch sight of some deer, red squirrel, and this year we have had real pleasure in watching a family of partridge feeding in the area. A nature lover's paradise. 
Located within a fifteen minute drive from the city of Inverness, our self catering holiday Lodge has been sited on an elevated position to capture stunning uninterrupted views across the Ben Wyvis mountain range and the Beauly Firth.  Opened in the summer of 2010, this well equipped Lodge has a ramp for ease of access by disabled guests and benefits from oil fired central heating, and provides extremely comfortable sleeping accommodation for four people in two double bedrooms with en-suite facilities provided in the ground floor bedroom.  The king size  bed provided in the upstairs bedroom can be converted to two single beds on request.  We can also provide a travel cot and high chair if required.  A family bathroom with an easy access shower cubicle and heated towel rail is located on the ground floor; a shower seat can be provided on request.  Beech Lodge is finished to a high standard and has a superb sitting room, dining area and kitchen area with French windows opening onto decking with a table, chairs for alfresco dining.  WiFi internet access is available in the Lodge, which has been equipped with a hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, TV with Freeview, DVD player with a DVD library, boardgames, a selection of books and radio/CD player.  All bed linen and towels are provided.  

Beech Lodge will provide you with an ideal base from which to explore numerous places of interest and historical sites in the Highlands.  These include Cawdor Castle, with its stunning gardens, superb drawbridge and fascinating history dating back to the days of 'Macbeth'.  Wander through the atmospheric battlefield at Culloden and visit the new audio visual experience or take a short drive to Fort George.  You will be spoilt for choice as there are glorious sandy beaches and miles of coastline to explore.

For the more energetic, there are abundant opportunities to get involved in a wide number of outdoor pursuits including hill walking, climbing, sailing,canoeing, mountain biking, golf, fishing and horse riding.  The Lodge is also within comfortable driving distances to winter skiing and summer access to the Cairngorms and Nevis Range (Fort William). The coastal waters around Inverness are renowned for populations of bottlenose dolphins and there are a number of boat trips available to see these fascinating creatures at close hand.  Loch Ness is easily accessible - you might even be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of Nessie!  Inverness is also fortunate to be home to Eden Court Theatre which provides a vibrant and varied artistic programme with entertainment throughout the year to suit all tastes.  Check out our links page to discover a few suggested activities, all within easy access from your accommodation.  

We operate a no smoking policy in Beech Lodge and regret that pets are not allowed.
